A wee Scottish Lassie (now empty nester mum of 2 very active young adults) living in the Middle East with my husband, Tony.
I hold a BSc(Hons) in Applied Sports Science, Transformational Life Coaching Certificate accredited by Association of Coaching and Diplomas in Exercise for Wellness, Stress Management and Holistic Nutrition.
I love to support people in their holistic journey to simplifying and decluttering their lives so they can create space in their day to focus on their priorities and improved physical and mental wellbeing.

For years, I lived with anxiety!
I was the people pleaser but felt worthless inside.
On the surface, it seemed like I had it all together, but deep down, I was overwhelmed and depressed.
The excessive clutter and constant pressures of society only worsened my state, leading to binge eating sugar and moments of despair. To add to my struggles my husband was constantly away with his job and I had to manage the challenges of 2 young children, one with neurodiversity.
The darkest chapter came when my Mum died, plunging me into deep grief and even thoughts of giving up on life.
A year on and I realised I needed to save myself, my marriage, and my children's happiness. Counselling and exercise became my beacon of hope and I started to heal.
A few years later we made the move to the Middle East, where we found solace in the warm embrace of sunshine and a seemingly perfect life.
However, the consumer-driven culture once again hit, forcing me to try to 'fit in' and continue to compare myself to others.
Anxiety and social discomfort still remained constant but as I saw my daughter succumbing to similar anxieties, I knew it was time to really make a change.
I rediscovered the joy of daily exercise and began immersing myself in personal development books breathwork, meditation and coaching.
It was here that I started to unravel my true self, realising that happiness wasn't something others bestowed upon me—it was something I cultivated within.
This revelation became my game changer.
Lockdown hit, and as our lives slowed to a standstill, I recognised the essence of what truly matters.
I discovered that a life filled with adventure, exercise, health and wellness brought me far more happiness than any material possession.
My basic needs—breathing, nourishing my body, connections, health and purpose—became the pillars of my existence.
I embarked on a journey of decluttering not only my physical things but also my life and the transformation was amazing. I have let go of many material items, alcohol, toxins, processed foods, self beliefs and energy draining connections.
I now find joy in the little things, seek gratitude daily, say NO and surrounded myself with like minded people.
Now I coach and mentor others to declutter their lives and make space for what truly matters.
As a women with inattentive ADHD I am blown away with the benefits of simple living, mindfulness and meditation has, often hard to implement at first but with support is life changing.
I now have an abundance of TIME, FREEDOM, SPACE, and JOY.
